I've just set this app up so yet to determine it's success but the process of installing the app was the best I've experienced to date. It's easy to use and Lance in your live chat was absolutely amazing. I thought I would be dealing with a bot but was not - he was efficient and super helpful! The thing it would be good to see would be a function for controlling font size without having to create a CSS customisation but again, for a free app, it's amazing!

I am unable to rate the effectiveness of the app as I just installed it. But as for the set up of the app I am giving it 5 stars and the customer service was wonderful Spoke with 2 different people for 2 different reasons and loved the communication. It was casual which i find to be very helpful when you don't know what you're doing and being walked through something.

My current shop version doesn't have a pop-up, so I installed Rivo for free. I needed the "Powered by Rivo" brand removed, so I started a chat with Betty. She was very helpful and had that taken care of speedily. She's also funny. Thanks, Betty.
