Really helpful staff and easy to use app. Easy to add logo and background to pop up widget. Looks good on website.

It's very much plug and play which is great and was exactly what I was looking for, still looking into all the other features available too! Pete from support was great too and was very helpful :)

I am using this app to help make a pop up window on my shopify page. The customer service was very nice and helpful regarding how to remove things such as branding and getting access to a more custom look. They even left me a website suggestion which was very informative!

I used this app to help me add the opt-in email pop up and it went very easy and fast to customize it. Plus the customer service I received was wonderful.

Jel is wonderful and personable! She helped me today a lot. I honestly just messaged the chat to get the ability to use custom css. Then Jel made that happen and even added some additional help. She saw my store still said powered by shopify and sent me a how to guide on how to change that to my business's name! I never even knew you could do that! Something so simple as that changes the whole look and feel of a store. She even managed to remove the powered by Rivo for my pop ups. It looks great and took a matter of 8 mins in total of chatting with her. I highly reccommed this app, simply because of how helpful they are! Thank you again :)

So far it works like a charm. I set up the subscription pop-up using samples of css code and it looks exactly how I wanted. Great customer service!
