The Rivo app is outstanding for personalized Pop ups. Their customer support is even better. Abbie went out of her way to help me with some other things on my site. Truly fantastic to see people like Abbie are still out there!

Such a helpful app and easy to operate. I just started my shop and wanted to add some features, this app had it all! Also the customer service was 100/100!

I've not very tech savvy, so I reached out to their customer service for some issues. I've had the pleasure of dealing with Arianne, who helped me with not only all the issues I was having trouble with, but also offered some benefits and advice for other things. My problems were solved, and my store looks a lot better.

10/10 customer service support.
