Thanks Paul for helping me set up! It was a bit confusing to use the app at first but thanks to the great customer support I managed to navigate though the app and create a successful pop up!

Downloaded the app and ended up having to chat in and was connected with Abbie, who was absolutely fantastic. I usually hate having to use live chats but Abbie made the whole experience a 100/10, extremely helpful and went way above and beyond! Would definitely recommend this service to ANYONE and EVERYONE

Great service by Mica! I would highly recommend using Rivo Popups. Mica helped me with my Popup and also suggested I do something else for my site to make it look better. Thank you - keep up the good work. Very pleased and great customer service.

I've only used it for four days so far, but the support is so awesome! The chat button was easy to access, and the reps were immediately available to chat.

love this app very easy to install and set-up. Support is very helpful and informative. My support Rep, Lance was very helpful and gave me free upgrades that normally is paid to assist with the set-up.
