At first, I thought when I send out a question, it would take forever to receive an email. However, after sending out questions, I got a reply in less than a minute. It's still baffling me how they do it. Additionally, Pete was the one who answered my question. After that, he went on to give me additional advice for my website. Amazing customer care. The pop-up is also really easy to set up. However, I recommend adding a feature where it's possible to remove the no thanks button as some websites would want an email 100% of the time. Other then that, everything is amazing. Will reccomend.

This app is amazing for all the free feature they offer! i was assisted by Abbie and she was amazing at helping me out and even giving a small suggestion to my shoplifty store for better customer retention. She rocks!

This app is great at capturing emails when customers first enter the site and the customer service goes above and beyond.

I do not give reviews very often, but when I do, it is 1000% worth it! Rivo is an excellent application with all the use-cases of an email capture pop-up application. It is easy to use, but most importantly the support team behind it is incredibly professional and helpful towards all matters. I would give it 10 stars if it was possible. Absolutely recommended!! Pete is an absolutely beast of a support agent!

L'application est simple d'utilisation et propose tout ce qu'il faut. Betty a été d'une grande aide et a même ajouté plus de fonctionnalités gratuitement. J'ai apprécié sa gentillesse et sa rapidité. C'est agréable de se faire accompagner comme cela sur sa boutique.
