The customer service is friendly and decent. I still don't know how to use the app completely so this rate is unnecessarily too early .

I had a great experience with rivo. Betty was polite and helped me a lot. the price is good. I would definitely recommend them.

The app is straightforward and easy to use. I started a chat to enable custom css and the customer service representative Abbie was very helpful and offered to help me remove the app's branding as well. Very nice experience.

This app is free and super easy to use. The support has helped me remove the Rivo custom branding and gave some extra tips for my store!

Lance provided me with exemplary customer service and getting my service verified. He was extremely helpful and polite and followed my social media account. He showed an interest in my product and my brand, which accounts for alot.
