They have amazing customer service. One of their representatives Mica was really helpful and helped me solve my problems and actually helped with the pop up it self

Really nice app. Does exactly what it should do. and even more.I used this app to help me do x. I really like how it does y. It would be nice if it did z better.

Excellent app - Rivo popups, build with customer in mind, it has functionalities others do not have, great IX/UX pretty and intuitive. But better of all is the human side of Rivo, the people, great service by Jel.

I have yet to utilize this app in my online store but the customer service is outstanding and was even given suggestions on how to better improve my online store.

App is super easy to use and light. Install, set and you're ready to go. And their customer service?! TOP OF THE LINE!! Definitely a must no matter the size of your store.
