Great app! And wonderful customer service as well! Love the useability - It's very easy to get started - The only thing stopping me from giving 5-stars is that, as of yet, we don't get option to enable double-opt-in which is required by law in some countries.

I have probably have at least ten-fifteen apps plugged into Shopify and this team from RIVO by far have the most responsive, accommodating, understanding (good listeners) support team of any of the other apps on the site. Hats off to these folks..recommended highly.

Gostei bastante por ser um app bem prático e de fácil manuseio, logo que comecei a usar já soube o que tinha de fazer e como fazer, por isso indico muito o uso desse app, além ter tido um ótimo atendimento feito pela Maria, que foi rápida em me responder e me ajudar naquilo que precisava!!

Mica provided some of the best customer service I've ever encountered. I installed your email popup app, and she noticed that I was opening a new store, and she not only assisted me in removing branding, but she also added some extra features that I could use for my store. Mica was extremely kind and helpful, going above and beyond the call of duty.

Vicky was an amazing support agent. She confirmed my store and deleted it the brand logo they added. She was super helpful with advice for my store. I highly recommend this app to anybody looking for great pop ups in their store.
