Again their customer service is 5 stars but gave it 4 stars do to just installing it. If it pays off and I see an increase of email sign ups I will give it 5 stars. I truly appreciate that this is a free app.

Paul was very helpful and quick in getting my store set up successfully. I am enjoying the email pop-up feature. I have received quite a few emails with this app. And I'm in the beginning stages of my business. Again, thank you, Paul, for your service.

Just starting out and so far, this app is super easy to navigate. Yaci was super helpful answering my questions as well. Can't wait to relaunch my store!

I haven't had the app for long so I can't say much but customer support is top notch. Very responsive, helpful and friendly.

I am satisfied with the app, it is easy to use and allows a good level of customization. The support team is attentive, quick to respond, and friendly.

The customer support is great and the app serves it's purpose. However although there is custom CSS options, I wish there was more customization options without the use of code.
