I do have a problem with your rating scale, not enough stars for the chat I just received. Simple easy and easy to use. Can't believe I didn't notice this app before. Never received a response time like this before.

Excellent app - only issue is popup doesn't discriminate between existing and new subscribers, so could annoy existing customers, especially as we're offering discount for new signups!
Assistant Pete was extremely helpful and fast with resposes - thanks!
