Awesome app! The customer service response time is fast and phenomenal as well! Mica helped me with any questions I had and even gave me a few tips to improve my Shopify store! Definitely an app you should add!

I wanted a pop-up banner that would help me get customer email addresses. The Rivo app was very quick to install and customise to my brand. I like the fact that you can offer discount codes (or not) and that you can add an image to really personalise it. I wasn't sure how to add an image so contacted support. I had a very quick response from Pete who sent me a very useful guide (including a video tutorial) which seems very comprehensive. The support so far has been excellent. Thank you Pete!

The app fits my needs and is very easy/intuitive to use. a great tool. Customer service was awesdome. Paul did a stellar job; friendly and responsive, and will likely be one of the reason why I'll stick to this app should I ever need extra reasons
