Jel was so pleasant to work with! They made the IM experience enjoyable and super personable which tends to not be the case on most website chat IMs. So glad to work with this company!

Popup blocked product image and description causing Google to suspend the account. Also after removing the app it still left scripts in the theme so now I'm left with a 404 when the page is loaded. Really poor quality app.

Fast excelent service, Paul was so nice and helpful. Added the Custom CSS feature to my account, for free and removed their logo.
