I am just getting started with the application, but I can say without a doubt that the customer service is phenomenal. Yaci not only solved the situation presented but also provided me with suggestions to improve the branding of my store. I am very happy with this app at the moment.

So far so good!! Customer service was most helpful and fast to respond, they answered my questions and concerns and recommended a loyalty program that I will definitely look into! Thanks for making the website pop-up easy to navigate.

I'm pretty new to this whole pop-ups for website and I find Rivo very user-friendly and easy to understand from the videos across youtube and shopify. Was curious about how to remove the branding and Paul was a great help, great sense of humor and responsiveness. He needs a raise for providing such good experience!
