Pete did more than just remove a branding from the opt-in pop up. He did so much more for me than I wanted. Almost like he knew what I might have needed later. Great Support Team!

I'm still setting up at the moment, everything seems pretty intuitive and easy to figure out so far. I couldn't wait to review the customer service support. It's after midnight where I'm at, and I actually chat with a real person! I got to speak with Mica, who was extremely quick to respond and more than helpful. Mica was very supportive of my store and even went so far as to support my business by following on social media and complimenting my artwork. I really appreciate the gesture and the fact that they remove the marketing tags from their popups for free. Mica was extremely kind and generous, and it shines through in their business model too. Well done.
