I haven't really used this particular app yet - it was just the installation and then the removal of the name of the Developer?...anywayl, Alex was through, friendly, helpful and even went above and beyond by adding the ability for me to add the site logo for more Brand exposure. 10/10 Couldn't ask for more.

I used this app to quickly set up email pop-ups to grow my customer list. So far it works perfectly! Plus, the customer service is phenomenal!

Amazing chat. I have downloaded apps, wasn't getting them to do what i wanted in the first 30 minutes and deleted them. Knowing I have someone to chat almost instantly help build my new store, makes all of this not so scarry!
