I like how easy the app is to use, I wish it offered SMS marketing and perhaps the option to send a digital product (instead of applying a discount), that's the only reason why I can't rate it 5 stars... Abbie was very helpful and answered all my questions.

great app for inserting a popup, too bad it doesn't work with another app I have installed and you can only insert one popup at a time!

I can't seem to adjust the frequency that visitors see the app, so I will have to continue to research this issue. Other than that, it was very simple to set up and customize, and I spoke to Therese who was very helpful in removing the rivo logo from the pop up. Hopefully she will be able to help me with the pop up frequency.

I just installed this app. I chatted with Therese who helped me set up popup for my store and remove branding. The customer service was really great. They answer the chat instantly and solve any issue you face. Love the app.

I had a wonderful experience with RIVO Pop-ups. I was working on building my store late at night and looking for an inexpensive way to build a custom pop-up. All the other pop-up apps that I downloaded either had expensive paid plans or their customer service was not available at that particular hour for me to verify that what I was trying to do was even possible. RIVO contacted me immediately upon opening the chat box, offered me multiple solution options, was extremely helpful & pleasant throughout our entire interaction (I went back several times with questions) and went out of their way to research custom code options for me. Wonderful customer service & great option for those looking to create pop-ups without breaking the bank.

So far, I like this widget/app, but I just implemented it, so we will see in the coming days as customers use it. I will say that from a style perspective, it would be ideal that it carried the main font from the site (as it is a iframe, it doesn't), but with custom CSS enabled I could copy the styles for the site over to the custom CSS area. Out of the box, it would be ideal that the popup was styled better (more whitespace), but, again, with custom CSS, you can accomplish all you need. Jel from support was a great help!
