The installation and ability to customize the pop-up were very easy. Also chatted with Lance to remove the Rivo logo (which by the way is FREE), and he provided a few tips that I had not even considered to improve my site.

Mica is an absolute rockstar! Enabled CSS customization, sweet as can be, and a free 'Powered by Rivo' removal! Plus, she introduced me to favicons. The best experience ever!
