Great app so far! Customer support is very helpful right after signing up and was able to help out with setting up certain tools for setting up the email pop-up functionality on our site.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM LANCE! He went above & beyond when I reached out . not only did he help me in what I needed he also checked out my site & brought up something I had never noticed. Will continue using the app as I am sure it will help my sales improve.

Very easy to use and understand for a new user. Guidance and help is readily available. I was assisted by MICA who was quick to give assistance when needed, she even managed to give me some tips regarding my store. Very thankful to Rivo and MICA. Thank you.
