Paul was very helpful and quick in getting my store set up successfully. I am enjoying the email pop-up feature. I have received quite a few emails with this app. And I'm in the beginning stages of my business. Again, thank you, Paul, for your service.
Again their customer service is 5 stars but gave it 4 stars do to just installing it. If it pays off and I see an increase of email sign ups I will give it 5 stars. I truly appreciate that this is a free app.
Just starting out and so far, this app is super easy to navigate. Yaci was super helpful answering my questions as well. Can't wait to relaunch my store!

Great enthusiasm Lance. You don't see that any more in customer service so it was appreciated. Keep up the good work.
The customer support is great and the app serves it's purpose. However although there is custom CSS options, I wish there was more customization options without the use of code.
Lance was the da bomb! He took care of my concern quickly with no hassle and was very polite and enthusiastic!

The app is excellent and can be customized as much or as little as you want. Customer service was even better.
