I was setting up the app and I ran into a few obstacles. Vicky was super helpful and responsive on helping set everything up. The app works great and has the option to customize lightly or customized with CSS.

I was creating a pop-up for my store, when I realized I could do a custom CSS formatting, however on the live-chat service, Rivo was able to do this for me, completely free of charge, and provide other tips on improving my store. So.... 5/5 from me.
