I got this app for my shopify store I just bought and needed some support to take the site branding off. Next thing I know Abbie was right there to assist me and I didn't want to leave the chat. I felt care, engagement, and genuine support from this young lady. Not only for my direct need but as we progressed Abbie filled me in on things I needed to know and some things I didn't even know I needed to know! As well as providing me with some awesome perks. She was insightful, sweet, and so helpful. The app itself is a GREAT addition to my website but having Abbie there to guide me was more than I could have asked for. I just installed the app, but so far so good! They removed the branding and enabled custom CSS right away for me with virtually no hassle. I'm looking for more of a sale promotion popup, but I think with some customization I can do it all myself for free!
