My customer service experience has been wonderful and inviting. Mica was very courteous and gave her assistance without hesitation. They were incredibly kind and helpful. I had a positive experience with this service.

Chat was super helpful and quick so I see why so many people use it! I like the option of percentage or amount and the fact that you can add your own logo. I am a sucker for these sign ups on other websites so I wanted to incorporate my own!

Rivo is very easy to use. It took me a few minutes to get a pop up to work. When making a poop up, they have an option to unbrand the pop up (rivo's brand) for free. When I clicked the button that I wanted to do that, Therese, was kind enough to help me. She is very knowledgeable, and gets things done quickly, 10/10 rating and highly recommended.

For a beginner like me this app is very useful and helps me to improve my store! Customer service is very outstanding, Yaci was so kind and generous, she helped me to improve one detail on my store I didn't know I had and is variable. I recommend this app!

Lance was super fast to get back with me about any questions I had, and when I asked to have the branding removed, he gave me the option to add my own logo to the popup as well! Also, he gave me some good advice for my website as well. This app is a must have if you're trying to capture emails.
