The customer service representatives take the guessing work out of using this app. They are friendly, informative and respond quickly. They even sent suggestions that they saw fit from reviewing the link to my store.

Thought this app was a great addition to my store. Maria was very helpful, and even unlocked more options for me to personalise the widget, and of course, it was free. No complaints here.

Just downloaded this app today, so far it has been easy set up. I spoke with Yaci on chat today and she was very helpful and answered all my questions. Went above and beyond to help me out. The reason I only gave 4 stars is because I haven't used this app for more than 1 hour. So far so good, just cant speak of long term.

Truly blown away, best costumer services I have ever gotten. This is how you treat costumers with royalty. I recommend this app 100%! I needed help with configuration of the application and got Betty to assist me, she is lovely and helped me excelent with service! thank you :)
