I used this app to create pop-up email incentives for my customers. I had a few questions about how to get everything up and running, so I spoke with Abbie from the support team. Using the app for the first time, needed some quick adjustments, contacted support via chat and had the most efficient and pleasant experience. And some giggles too (the support person had a sweet sense of humor and made great use of cute funny GIFs. I needed the laughs!). Super happy customer so far.
