Great customer service, it is actually free and works great. They will remove branding and enable CSS with a quick chat without any questions. Vicky was extremely helpful.

Abbie was super helpful! I can't believe the level of customer service. Rivo is amazing! I'm so glad I installed the Email Pop Up app and I'm excited to try more Rivo apps in the future.

customer service was on point. Teresa helped me by removing the Powered by Rivo Branding quickly and I was not talking to a BOT! Real customer service and real time!! She also directed me to a link to customize my popup. Thank you for making this so easy and fun!
