App did what I needed. Easy to use and great support. Requested to remove the vendor's logo via the chat box. Very responsive, resolved quickly, and gave some tips on my improving my shop's site too.

Pop up has helped our brand gain 10x more subscribers than any other method used. Fast response when support needed and they add on extras completely free which is not expected. Betty was super helpful.

I downloaded this app to my Shopify store to create email pop ups. The app was so easy to use. I did need a little bit of help and Jel from Rivo quickly answered all my questions and even gave me a few tips!

I used the app to add an email popup. I asked Maria to help remove the Rivo marking and she was fast, helpful and very friendly. Great experience so far.

An amazing app, needed some changes to be made while I was setting up the app for my store and I reached out to the customer support team and I can say I was way more than impress with the help of Abbie, she was fast with her reponses. she walked me through all I needed and at the same time was more than enough for my questions. This app is worth trying.
