Paul was able to help me figure out how to attach the email pop ups to the specific page I am currently advertising for! I was blown away by the fast response time, and amazing customer service. Thank you Rivo, for an innovative app for Shopify, and outstanding customer service!

I've been looking for pop up app and i think RIVO was the best ! The Support is awesome Betty is responsive and very nice to talk to! I just got my store done and new to this so its very helpful for someone like me when the support are great!

I've not very tech savvy, so I reached out to their customer service for some issues. I've had the pleasure of dealing with Arianne, who helped me with not only all the issues I was having trouble with, but also offered some benefits and advice for other things. My problems were solved, and my store looks a lot better.

10/10 customer service support.
