I haven't used the app yet but the customer service support is top notch. Betty is the bomb! She assisted me in removing the Rivo branding from my pop-up. She was quick, courteous and entertaining with the GIFs.

Very good customer service would recommend. Easy to use and navigate plus completely free. Defentally going to be using this from now on!

Super impressed with the app and how it works. I've spoken to Abbie and Yaci. Both of them were superb with customer support, and very nice too. The app does exactly what it says it will do without any bugs or issues.

Jel, the person who was assisting me, was so very kind. She helped me with what I needed and went on to do fix other things for me. Would definitely recommend this. Her responses were fast too which put me at ease.
