I wanted to try this app out to see if it would increase my sales. It's very easy to install and the customer service rep Pete was super helpful. He even removed the branding by rivo for free! I look forward to seeing how this app would increase my conversions.

Amazing experience with Rivo! At first when I went to chat with support, I was taken back because I thought I would be typing to a robot. To my surprise, I was connected with Abbie who was absolutely incredible. She not only quickly and effectively assisted me with the issue I brought to support, but she also provided me with valuable feedback on how I could improve my site.
