Initially, I anticipated significant delays in receiving email responses when I posed a question. Nevertheless, to my surprise, I received a reply in under a minute upon sending out my inquiries. I am still perplexed about the efficiency with which they manage this process. Moreover, it was Pete who promptly provided the answer to my question and even offered additional advice for my website. The level of customer care I experienced was truly remarkable. Furthermore, the setup process for the pop-up feature was incredibly straightforward. However, I would suggest incorporating an option to eliminate the "no thanks" button, as certain websites may prefer to capture email addresses without exception. Apart from that minor recommendation, everything about the service is exceptional. I wholeheartedly endorse it and will be sure to recommend it to others.

Great, to-the-point app with excellent support. Lets you create opt-in popups easily and offer your customers a coupon for subscribing. Recommended!

Ich habe die App verwendet, um einen Gutschein bei Newsletter Anmeldung zu vergeben. Anfangs schien es nicht zu laufen, aber nach Rücksprache mit dem Kundenservice klappte alles. Sehr schnelle Antwortzeiten.

Before finding Rivo, I went through most of the other apps with popup solutions, but they were either lacking features or the backend was too complicated. I am glad to have discovered this app because not only does it cover all the features we need for our store, it also has a great backend for setup and settings. To top it off, the customer service is top-notch, Jel helped me out very quickly during the setup process. I am happy to make a recommendation!
