My current shop version doesn't have a pop-up, so I installed Rivo for free. I needed the "Powered by Rivo" brand removed, so I started a chat with Betty. She was very helpful and had that taken care of speedily. She's also funny. Thanks, Betty.

Super Easy to use. Any problems at all, I clicked on the chat and this was replied to almost immediately. Pete talked me through my issue and even made suggestions for my website that helped massively!

Hi, fantastic customer service whilst using the chat agent feature - was navigating around the app for pop up options. Agent was extremely responsive and helpful towards organising my pop up, and provided great assistance.
