I really like how kind and helpful Abby was, she was ready to share helpful links and provide detailed instructions when answering my questions! Super clear, concise and to the point. Also funny! Thank you so much :) I also like how easy to use and streamlined the app is to use. Made it much easier to have a real person to chat with.
