Great customer service. One small improvement that could be made is customisable pop up shape and size without using code. We are not all coders :)

Currently using this, honestly has the same features as the paid ones but is easier to use and it's completely free. It's a no brainer, get Rivo for your email popups!

I had the best customer service experience ever!! She was so helpful, she responded so quick and even suggested some new apps and changes to better my site and I am so excited for it all. I am so glad I downloaded Rivo Popups instead of any other app.

This app is super user friendly and flexibly. By far, though, the best part of using this app is the customer service by Lance. He was quick to make adjustments that I asked for, gave me some free additions, and provided amazing support while I created my pop-up. Well done!!!!
