MIND BLOWN! GREAT SERVICE! Hi I guess if you you actually get a full on programmer with your monthly service!? whoah! If any part of the design doesn't perfectly fit your layout, they'll be on it they will personally re-code and re-design just to fit your theme whether desktop or mobile. And they have the ability to make each different!!! Oh not to mention they updated a font to match my shop font!
What to know before merging client history!!!
This application offers quite a bit. I researched it extensively in comparison to four other major rewards apps. In reviewing all the apps, I focused on features pricing integration and ease-of-use for my particular store. Here are some things to consider.
1. If you wish that clients receive rewards for reviews, I believe Rivo Reviews App is the only compatible app. So if you currently have a review app that you absolutely love, consider whether or not this app is compatible.
2. Before on boarding past client history, consider how long your shop has been open. If you've been open for several years and this is your first rewards program, you could be importing thousands of dollars worth of coupons due clients.
**work around is to not import client history, set everyone to an opening point value...and move forward. If you have a new shop with few sales, this shouldn't be an issue. Either way, I recommend asking for assistance with importing activity from a specific date if possible.
HERE'STHE GOOD
1). If you hit a snafu, someone in their customer service or chat will assist you. More detailed issues may take a longer response time. Ultimately, if you have a very detailed issue you can see by the review process here, the operations officers are very responsive.
2) other than on boarding client information and points, this program is very easy to set up and customize. There are many areas available for customization, some features may require additional upgrades. For my needs the free plan was too limited, so I am currently on the $39 plan per month. I anticipate this rewards program will bring pay in repeat clientele.
3). You do have the ability to adjust what portion of a sale your client receives points for. I myself and I read and some reviews that some individuals noted the Point accrual included the cost of shipping. This can actually be adjusted in the settings, order, area of the app. So if you wish for clients to only earn points on the dollars that they spend on product this can be done.
4) If you don't already have an email marketing system or app, this application integrates some ability to reach out via email to prompt use of points and rewards.
***things id love to see enhanced
1) I'd love the ability to onboard and import from a specific date, ie, last quarter, last month, last year.... if this was an option to select, it would really help store owners who have years of sales in client history.
2) I'd also love the ability to select more than just the "collection" clients can use the rewards on, but the "product type" or "vendor" category within Shopify. Some stores like mine have products that overlap different collections, though are specific to a type of product i.e. handmade not handmade.
3) finally, I do notice some issues with the layout of the pop-up. When a client hits the icon from the lower right portion of the webpage to launch the welcome, the title at the top of that welcome is not centered and I don't see a way to justify left center or right. Additionally, the button that shows the star and reviews, is a bit big and it overlaps and interferes with my menu button on mobile. There is a possibility I can remove the word "rewards," leaving just the star icon and hope that that will clear the situation up? ill have to play with it.
All in all if you were looking for a rewards app that enables you to work towards client retention repeat customers reward clients for referrals and signing on to your mailing list this is a great option. Again I read a lot of reviews, went to YouTube University to check out each of these competitor products, and read those reviews too. Rivo seemed to be the cleanest product with few issues conflicting with your current store theme and code. Customer service thus far seems to be very responsive, even if it requires escalating to a specialty department. The trial is really short, but so is the set up. Howeve, my biggest tip to you...Best to attempt to set up at the beginning of the week so you can iron out any bugs before your trial ends.

PRICING. SUPPORT. AMAZING - these guys aren't taking the piss, they are offering what we all want at the right price.
Honestly I wasted huge amount of money subscribing to Yopto and Loyalty Lion and both were horrendously expensive and purposefully limited the feature set so much.
Gonna sign up to their reviews platform too now.
