First time looking into reward programs & I landed with Jel from the Rivo Team - 5/5 STARS. Super helpful, very friendly and she knew what she was talking about! She alleviated all of my doubts as well as my concerns and even walked me through the setup. Don't go any further than Rivo, you won't find better service!

I have never experienced support or help from a friendlier person in my life! Not only did Abbie help me with a minor issue that I was having (which of course was completely my fault) but also gave me a couple of hints and tricks to help improve the website! Absolutely, positively, definitely recommend these guys and the app!!
