Great app and easy to navigate. Even with the free features, it's more than capable to start our loyalty program.

Jel and Bryan from customer support was extremely helpful, provided me with lots of information about rivo and most importantly did not try to push by upselling any additional features. Bryan assisted me with some re-branding off the app to help fit into my themes. Life saver great experience on day 1. :)

It has taken me a little while to get everything set up - not because it's confusing necessarily, but because there are so many awesome things you can do with the app. I did have some initial issues with the integration with Klaviyo and setting things up on that end. But Bryan (with Rivo) helped me out quickly and even created a "test" account to help to make sure it was working from his end! Thank you so much!

I cannot recommend Rivo enough. We had a slight implementation issue, but I judge a company on how they respond to issues. I was impressed that the CEO took the time to chat 1 on 1 to make sure our issue was fully resolved. This level of support is greatly appreciated and should reassure anyone looking for a rewards program. I highly recommend Rivo.

James here from Rivo. First of all, I am so sorry for your experience so far using the app. Not an ideal first impression and looking back on the support conversations, it makes total sense based on the issues that occurred.
On the actual issue: looks like what happened here was a slight discrepancy with the orders backfill. I know what went wrong here and I'd like to clarify a few things around logic with you before proceeding with a fix.
We have a fully remote team and while we try to respond in 1 business day to escalated tickets, sometimes a timezone difference or a weekend makes that difficult. I'm very sorry for the time it took us to respond there, and in the future when you contact support, it'll be much quicker, or you can email me directly at james@rivo.io.
I've reached out over email to jump on a google meet (sent you a link). Let me know if you can join that we'll get to the bottom of what's happening.
