I got to hand it to the Rivo app and the support team. Jel is a awesome team rep. When I say awesome I mean AWESOME. What i didn't understand Jel made it clear and precise, any question that I had Jel had me covered on all ends making it easier for me to navigate the app. Thanks Jel you were a big help for me and my business.

I have been using this app for over a month now and have been so impressed with customer support, in particular Arianne.

Every time I need help or support they are there, they answer quickly and actually help.

They go out of their way to help, it is refreshing to work with a company who do not take me for granted.

Thank you for being there when i need you and, Arianne is a superstar.
