So far I am loving Rivo! The step by step instructions are so easy and clean to work through to get set up! Customer support is friendly and answers your chat in a timely manor. Arianne was positive, beyond helpful and even complimented us on our website and branding. Knowing they have a customer support team who cares about their customers, even if you on the free plan, is super important to a business who also highly values authentic customer support!

This app was really easy to get set up and I really appreciate that there's a forever free plan! As a small biz, sometimes the 14 day trials are just too short to know if it's the right fit, and all the app fees add up fast. Thank you Rivo!
Abbie with customer support started the chat with me shortly after I finished the setup wizard. She quickly answered some of my questions and added a few small bonus features.
