The app is good and easy to use for my customers. The customer service is awesome, quick and helpful responses. I just hate they nearly doubled their prices but it's still not as expensive as some other apps. I definitely would recommend to others.

I initially had a billing question, and Paul was very quick to respond and very helpful. Since I had him, I reluctantly asked if there was a way to change the visual appearance of my prompts. To my surprise, he dove right in and completely recoded them for appearance and performance and didn't give up until it was exactly what I wanted. He was extremely helpful, so kind and so patient! I was not expecting caliber of help that I received appreciate this level of service more than I can express as someone who is new to ecommerce with zero coding experience. I highly recommend Rivo and appreciate Paul's help so much. Thank you, sir!
