Customer service is great.
I do not have plenty of experience with the loyalty program yet but up to this point everything seems good and intuitive.

The functionality is very comprehensive and the pricing is reasonable. Most notably, their customer service team is fantastic, providing solutions to my myriad of questions and responding quickly, very patiently, with issues resolved one by one! Simply the best customer service team I know! Must kudos 3000 times!
