I had the pleasure of being assisted by Jel and Arianne from the RIVO app support team when I had some basic queries. After spending about 20 minutes trying to find what I needed on my own, I realised it was much easier and more effective to reach out and chat with them. They were really helpful and patient, even with my silliest questions. Thanks to their support, I felt confident using the app. Highly recommend their app and assistance!

Amazing app. It has some really useful features and the customer support team is phenomenal. They respond within seconds and they are very knowledgable. As a store owner, this app is showing a lot of results and our customers are super happy to be using the rewards system we have. It increased engagement and purchases.

Love this app! It is exactly what I needed for my referral and loyalty program. It has a lot of customizability and features that I can utilize! Abbie from customer support has been so so helpful and I bug her with so many questions, but she always gets back to me and solves my problems. Great app, would definitely recommend

There was a large learning curve to get the app set up and running. But, support is always available to quickly answer questions. Been using the app for a few months now and it's working well.

The app was a bit hard to navigate at first but it gets easier the more you use it. Bryan was super fast to answer in the chat support when we could not get the tiers to work, but he guided us through it and now it works just as expected!

I have been a customer for over 2 years now. Each time I have contacted their support for our business they were pleasant, kind, and super helpful. I recently updated my stores website and had some glitches with our rewards platform, Pete was super helpful and patient as I was confused with the steps to take. If you need an app that is straightforward with great customer service this is the one! Love it so far!

Great customer service, super user-friendly compared to other loyalty apps. Gives you a sense of peace of mind before launching. I love the fact that they have a separate loyalty management page.

So far the experience is not awesome. The app itself seems great, BUT, we migrated all of our data (including customers and old orders) over to the app and it’s included those in our usage. Note: none of the features on our app are yet enabled and I have zero usage on it for the last 90 days.

I received a bill for nearly $500 over a week ago and still no refund. I received another bill today for $187 and zero response from support. I am not thrilled about this. Their response is sluggish, sometimes taking a couple of days to respond.

I actually really want to use this app because it looks like it will do everything I want (and the reviews on it are excellent), however this first experience with it has left me with little trust that I will get the support I need.

EDIT July 31: I received a response immediately and a refund. HOWEVER I have received two more bills from Rivo for "usage fees" and my Rivo app is not even active. There are now nearly $400 more in charges on my account and I'm not using this app. I have emailed twice again with no response. Sadly as much as I want to use this app, I feel like something really hinky is going on and I do not trust Rivo. Once I am refunded I will be uninstalling and searching elsewhere. Super bummed because there are so many awesome reviews here.

I had an issue whilst using the setup wizard and reached out to Arianne, my problem was solved very quickly and additional support and recommendations were offered that was unrelated to Rivo. Fantastic service felt like Arianne actually wants to see my business succeed.
