Support from Paul was very helpful. Almost instant response, think he had to do a bit of digging for the solution as it wasn't obvious at first but he was able to find it out in the space of 40mins! (amongst helping others I imagine)

My experience so far has went well. Bryan was helpful in setting up initial items for me, and I look forward to generating more revenue with a rewards system in place.
