I am still learning the app and what it offers but so far I find it to be user friendly. I had amazing customer service via the web chat with Abbie. She was very helpful. I have no complaints!

Arianne was a pleasure to work with! I needed help with resetting all the points back to zero after accidently back filling from the beginning of my store. She was prompt in helping reset all the points before I rolled out the program.
