We started this on a pilot basis and early results are encouraging. The support desk (Mica) was very helpful in getting to know about doubts and resolving issues

Mary was quick with my request! I wanted to remove the branding from my rewards program and she handled it so quickly. The option to chat with customer support is valuable!

Using this App is very pleasant and works fast, in addition, the support/customer service is perfect, they respond quickly, and act quickly. In addition, a special shout out to the helpdesk employee Betty. that has helped me the best and fastest so far (the others were also good)

This app is very easy to use. I have no problem using it, even though I am not good at English, because I can intuitively understand how to use it. However, it was a little difficult to rewrite all the words from English to other languages, so it would be nice if you could rewrite them all at once. But anyway, it's a good app that's easy to understand. I recommend it.
