Mica was super helpful and patient + responded really quickly, I was debating between Rivo and a couple of other loyalty apps but the elite customer service helped me make a decision to stick with Rivo!

J'ai découvert cette application en ayant installé RIVO abandonned cart,( qui est très bien pour les paniers abandonnés). Et quelle surprise!!! Merci Abbie
Cette application correspond exactement à ce que je recherchais pour augmenter le panier moyen. Rien qu'avec le forfait gratuit on a accès aux fonctionnalités principales. Tout est fluide, facile d'utilisation et prêt à l'emploi en moins de 2.
Abbie est vraiment très gentille et rien que pour çà je recommande cette application

Arianne was very helpful, she helped me not only with the issue I had but she suggested some more changes to my settings that would have made the website more attractive and easy to use. Really grateful. Amazing customer service.

This app is easy to use and I touched base with Mica on their support team. Let me just say wow! Friendly, patient, helpful and knowledgeable! Definitely a great app with the support staff to follow! You can colour us impressed!

I take this app to create a referrals & loyalty programme for my shop.

They have many benefits with this app :

-great support (thank you Pete for your support he give me answer to all my question very quickly

-the price, much fonctionnality for a better price than other app
