Excellent customer service! Easy integration. It's only the first day of use, so time will tell if it works well, but I have a pretty good feeling.

Customer support is very important for novice customers. Pete was 100% helpful, efficient and knowledgeable! Noticed required enhancements and made great suggestions. Above and beyond! that is the key to customer retention.

So far the app is great and very user friendly. Today was my first time using the app and I needed help with exporting my previous customer's order history. When I reached out for help Arianne went above and beyond. She answered my question very quickly and even offered some very helpful advice about the layout of my website in general . She even provided links on how to edit and improve that feature. As a result my site looks will look more professional. Thank you again Arianne.
