Not often I take my time to do a review. However the service level of the people behind this app was just phenomenal. Wonderful service all the way and the app seems to work flawlessly.

We recently began using this loyalty app, and I'm thoroughly impressed by its simplicity in setting up. The support team has been incredibly helpful and kind whenever I've reached out with questions or concerns.

The free version, allows small businesses like mine to check out the app's functionality and work with the basic program, which is excellent and has all the vital features, until we're ready to upgrade. This shows that Rivo genuinely cares about its clients' long term success. We highly recommended this app for anyone looking to start a customer loyalty & referral program.

I had a person called Dan, helping me with the issue I had. It was super pleasant to talk with him and my issue was solved very fast!

Says free plan available - this is no free plan. It s a trial. After that it's $24 a month.

Thank you so much for your feedback. We have a free plan that's available for smaller shops that do 200 orders a month or less. Otherwise we have affordable plans that start at $24 a month (most features). Happy to offer a longer trial to make it work for you, or work out a longer term price.
