This is a great app with some minor quirks. However, there was always a workaround to do what I wanted. The support team is amazing. Annie, Abbie, Pete did a wonderful job and are quick to respond to any questions or concerns,

Great app and easy to navigate. Even with the free features, it's more than capable to start our loyalty program.

The team has been very helpful, professional and quick to assist (Jel has been super helpful and quick to help) with any enquiries and support. Would highly recommend giving this app a go.

Jel and Bryan from customer support was extremely helpful, provided me with lots of information about rivo and most importantly did not try to push by upselling any additional features. Bryan assisted me with some re-branding off the app to help fit into my themes. Life saver great experience on day 1. :)

Using Rivo for a referrals progam and so far so good. Had some initial issues testing (due to their fraud detection tools I was unaware of), but was able to get some superb customer service from Jel on the support team. She was kind enough to provide a screen recording to validate that everything was working as expected. Looking forward to seeing this help drive loyalty with our customers and brand!

The app is top-notch, and it makes everything so much easier. On top of that, the support team is absolutely incredible, they're responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. Highly recommend

It has taken me a little while to get everything set up - not because it's confusing necessarily, but because there are so many awesome things you can do with the app. I did have some initial issues with the integration with Klaviyo and setting things up on that end. But Bryan (with Rivo) helped me out quickly and even created a "test" account to help to make sure it was working from his end! Thank you so much!
