Pete was WONDERFUL! He went over and beyond! I have a free account with Rivo and let me say - you get SOOO MUCH! Once my store grows, I will definitely upgrade my account to unlock all full features! Their customer service support is WONDERFUL too! and I have spoken with a handful of support associates at Rivo. This is HONESTLY the best app for their customer rewards and loyalty program. THE BEST, hands-down!! I downloaded so many other apps that weren't good enough until Rivo. The ease of setup is what I genuinely appreciate.
