I'm giving a 4 star for customer service. Abbie helped to understand how to use the app and some extra information to get better results for my store. She was very helpful and nice. Thanks again Abbie! Will change star rating after I see the results of using app but I think it will change to a 5 star.

I used this help to engage customers and optimize my sales. The rewards are also allocated for following our pages on social media and on the purchase too. But none of the customers used the app till yet though it is displayed on the front

Just started with this app on a free account. Once configured, I tested it live and had a bunch of questions based on why this is happening like this, and like that etc. The Customer Support was very prompt and patient in answering all my queries and helped me understand how the app works. That was great - thank you very much.

We started this on a pilot basis and early results are encouraging. The support desk (Mica) was very helpful in getting to know about doubts and resolving issues

This is App is very easy to use and doesn't require coding experience. The only cons of this app is a lack of customization. I wish there was a lot more design customizations like adding your own logos, more ways to earn rewards, and different tiers for customers. I guess you can't ask for too much since this app is Free. And the amount of what you get easily beats the other apps' Free plans.
