Rivo Loyalty Rewards Referrals

One of the best customer service I have had on Shopify period! Arianne was super helpful, sorted out things with me and was quick on the reply. The platform is easy to use, and has lots of features to play with! Also has POS integration which Arianne pointed out which is super useful!
She managed to give up loads of goodies on the app and was just super helpful! Was with Loyalty Lion before this and they don't really have a "customer service", and takes days to reply. SO based on that, Rivo is Awesome!!!

The supporting team is excellent, very quick response and helpful. Especially shouting out for Jel. All the features are easy to use. And the app is with great value. I really like the idea of tiered loyalty programme. The only thing is I really want the feature that the customer could have discount on every order they make once they reach certain tier rather than one-time off discount. I'll be so happy to update my plan as long as this feature becomes available.

Some of the best support of any app. Sent weeks searching for a good loyalty app, and this one shined, the support is second to none and is great when your a active business owner on a crunch, with little knowledge about code related stuff. Pete was very nice and answered my questions quickly. As for the app itself, it's pretty easy to understand with the tutorials and video help included. My only complaint is that the free version feels skimpy. You don't even get to give birthday rewards on the free version. However it is just enough to get a rewards program started and I can still offer a decent amount of ways for customers to earn rewards. Considering the nice support this app has, I still think its a good one to grow with my shop.

Abbie was helpful! Removed the branding as promised, and helped me create a custom favicon. I'm excited to start using Rivo now!
